Michael Percival

Michael Percival is the licensee and director of Laing & Simmons Port Macquarie. He entered the real estate industry in 1984 and has enjoyed a prosperous career in the property industry ever since. Along with his wife Michelle, Michael founded Laing & Simmons Port Macquarie in 1995.

Michael was directly responsible for managing $285,000,000 worth of real estate as property manager of the Laing & Simmons rent roll and was the recipient of a Real Estate Institute of NSW Award for Excellence in 2004.

Michael is a pilot, ironman triathlete and is passionate about Harley-Davidsons. He is married to Michelle and has two university age children, Camille and Jesse.
